I just wanted to add some stats to backup the claims we made in our first broadcast. First of all, here are some real numbers about the recent drug busts in Red Hook Brooklyn courtesy of our friends over at The Gowanus Lounge. Actually, they aren’t really friends but I hope they will be soon. Anyone who knows about the dirtiest body of water in America is our friend.

hi mr.G, I just wanted 2 let u know I love your cooking show however i would like 2 know if u have any sodium free vegitarian meals in your cook book.my mom was told she has colon cancer she refussed treatment however she follows a strict herbal diet and she can not have sodium in her diet @ all.she really loves your show.she needs 2 spice up her food n i know u can help. thank u shelly!
